Math Club is coming soon and anyone is welcomed to join.

There are clubs in our school now, and APA introduces a Math Team Club! The aim of the Math Team Club is to join math competitions like AMC, practice logical thinking, and discuss math problems. We will offer problems that we will practice and discuss. We will discuss the tactics of tackling the problems. All you need to bring is your own pencils, erasers, rulers, protractors, and compasses.

There is a poster in front of Mr. Walley’s office. Sign your name and write down your email address. The club is open to middle school and high school students. Mrs. Yen will be our moderator. We will start the Math Team Club activity on every Tuesday 3p.m. to 4 p.m. in late May. Meetings will be held in Lab 2 in Building B.

My name is Andy Chen. I’m 19-year-old. My family and I move to Arcadia, California, two years ago. I like math and science. In my leisure, I like to play board games, watch anime, and play badminton. My favorite board game is Rummikub, and I also like to play board games like The Legend of Three Kingdoms, The Message, and Seven Wonders. Everything here is fresh to me, and I’m still learning new things every day as a life-long learner. My favorite food is minced pork rice.
